Whenever there were higher fees for particular dumpable items he made it clear what the fee was and always gave me the opportunity to choose without pressure. While hauling bulk items from my garage he took time to walk through the leftovers to make sure we grabbed everything that should go. The service was quick, even though in my case, it required two loads. The price was reasonable. All around a very solid experience.

A few weeks ago, I hired M&M Junk Removal service to help me get rid of a few decades of junk accumulation at my parents and my house. I am pleased to say, that I chose the right company to help me with a very momentous task! Martin, the owner of M&M Junk Removal, was incredible! He was punctual and ready to work. He evaluated the job and very clearly explained how he would organize the job and why he was doing it the way he was. He made suggestions as we went along- all while being sincere, understanding, and respectful of my situation. The whole experience felt like I was working with family or a friend instead of a hired service. He really cared about doing the job correctly and with care and efficiency. At one point, he even asked for feedback about my experience booking the service online- all so he could improve the quality and ease of booking online. I highly recommend using this service and I look forward to using it again as I continue to get my parents home ready to sell!
