M&M Junk Removal uses a **Volume-Based Pricing Model + Item-Specific Handling Fees + Efficiency-Based Labor Allocation**. 
**Formula:** (Volume Tier Price) + (Extra Item Fees) + (Labor/Disassembly Fees) = Ballpark Estimate.

*We include a set amount of loading time in our base price. Overtime is billed at $35/hour per employee.*

## Efficiency Recommendations (How to Save)
*   **Consolidate:** Please stage your junk in an area where our truck can back up as close as possible. This minimizes loading time and avoids overtime charges.
*   **Pre-Sort:** Please separate items you intend to keep from the items to be hauled *before* we arrive. If our haulers have to wait for you to decide what stays or goes, it prolongs the loading process and may incur additional labor fees.
*   **Sorting Services:** If you require us to perform the sorting (e.g., separating keepsakes from trash), please let us know in advance. This requires extra time and will be adjusted in the final quote.
